Simple Microscope is a device used to magnify ojects.... Only single convex lens is used for magnification...
But objects should be kept near the lens ...i.e between focus and optical centre of lens.. so that virtual image can be formed..
Here is the derivation when image is formed by lens of microscope I) At least distance of distinct vision (D)
